What is an eSIM and how is it different from a physical SIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. After purchase, scan a QR code to install it — nothing is shipped, no SIM swap, and your existing number keeps working for calls and texts.

How do I install and activate it after purchase?

After payment you receive a QR code. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM and scan it. When you arrive, enable data roaming and the plan activates automatically.

When does the validity period start?

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not at purchase time — feel free to buy in advance.

What if I run out of data?

Plans that support top-up let you add data to the same eSIM without reinstalling. You can also buy a new plan anytime.

Can I share data via personal hotspot?

Yes. All plans support personal hotspot; shared data counts toward your plan total.
